PHONE CALLS TO THE DOCTOR OR NURSE

In an emergency, please call 000.

For non-urgent issues, one of our Registered Nurses would be delighted to talk to you or will call you back if they are unavailable. We try to return all non-urgent calls within two working days.

RESULTS, RECALLS AND REMINDERS

Please allow 72 hours before calling the surgery for your medical results. Your doctor will call or ask for you to make an appointment if they believe your results need discussion.

We have a comprehensive reminder system for pap smears, immunisations, care plan reviews etc. If you do not wish to participate in our reminder process, please inform our administration staff.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT AND STERILISATION

We maintain the strictest standards of cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation in line with RACGP and Australian Standards.

YOUR PRIVACY AND RIGHTS

Our Patient Privacy Policy Documentation is on display in the waiting room and can be downloaded below. All of our team have signed confidentiality agreements in relation to your health records. Your records will only be accessed by authorised people.
